UNDEROATH PLEASE READ THIS, Las Vegas VIP ticket, missed concert, is there anything I can do?

    I know you probably won't see this but I want to say it anyways. I bought a VIP ticket package for the Las Vegas date 4 months in advance. I show up for the meet and greet on the day of the concert early only to find out that the venue listed on the email confirmation was wrong. (there are 2 Hard Rock Cafes in Las Vegas and it listed the wrong one and I wasn't the only person this happened to either). Then the good people at the Hard Rock give me the wrong directions to get there. I was already going to be late and probably miss the meet and greet because of this error but I still wanted to see the concert. Then I get in a car accident and end up missing the whole show. I have waited 2 years to see Underoath play live and really wanted the oppurtunity to meet you guys. I felt I was wronged by the company that sold the NON REFUNDABLE VIP ticket package (w/ the wrong venue listed). So I am out the money I spent and I did not get anythign I paid for.

I know that there is probably nothing you guys can do for me But I wanted you to know what happened. But please don't make me wait 2 more years to see you guys again in Las Vegas.
